306 Quality Questions

In this class, students will explore the relationship between the quality of the question and listening. They will deepen their awareness of listening as a way of being, and, discover how to ask questions that open new possibilities for their clients.

Through coaching conversations and hands-on practice students will be invited to:

· Become aware of their own listening patterns,

· Discover new ‘question typologies,’

· practice asking open channel of questions, (transformational & generative)

· Recognize and avoid autobiographical questions, stacked questions and closed questions

Come ready to practice, receive feedback and embrace the fun of living in the question.
