Forming the Tribe is about taking the time to for the group to get to know each other and look at what we want from this group of extraordinary coaches. What is your superpower and what do you need and want from this group? What are our expectations of one another and what do we want to agree to, if anything?

MCC 2: What is the Future of Coaching?

Libby will be joined by some guest panelists. What is the potential future of coaching? What do we see. In this dialogue based process, we will seek to both understand coaching as a potential lever of compassion and understanding in multiple systems and listen to what we want to generate as key leaders within the coaching movement. Can coaching change the world? Can the definition of coaching be expanded? Can coaching be used to end deeply entrenched conflicts?
