Libby Robinson

MCC, Director of Coach Training, CXO Whisperer

Libby is the Managing Partner of Integral, a global award-winning leadership development consultancy. Over the last 26 years, she has worked with CXOs and senior leaders on three continents. Libby holds a Master’s in Organizational Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is a TED Fellows coach. Libby is the founder of the Advanced Coaching Practicum. Libby recently completed work in Corporate Innovation at Stanford University. She is also the founder of BackFeed+, an app for better, faster, feedback, based on neuroscience.

Croft Edwards

Croft Edwards, is a Master Certified Coach, and the genesis behind LeadershipFlow, the study of how to help individuals and organizations be at their best. He has been helping leaders and their teams find their Flow since 2001 in a variety of fields: mining, refining, government agencies, manufacturing, small businesses, and healthcare. Two miles down in a mine or up on the 8th floor, Croft coaches wherever there are leaders who desire a different result.

Melanie Parish

Melanie Parish is an author, public speaker, a Theory of Constraints Jonah, and a Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. An expert in problem-solving, constraints management, operations, strategic hiring, and brand development, Melanie has consulted and coached organizations ranging from a Fortune 50 company to IT start-ups.

 

Robin Goodbary

MCC, Executive Coach

Robin Goodbary, MBA, is a Master Certified Coach focused on Business and Leadership and a Certified Retirement Coach.  Her steadfast and transformational coaching approach supports leaders and business owners to discover and unleash their untapped potential and expand their impact. She pulls from over 30 years of experience as a marketer, new product developer, project leader and trainer and has led projects, people and teams to excel.  By employing an Outward and Growth Mindset and Positive Intelligence, she helps her clients to expand their way of thinking and discover creative solutions to complex situations.

When she is not supporting clients, she and her husband spend time vegetable gardening, fishing, volunteering and cooking.  She holds a patent with the US Patent and Trade Office.

 

Leah Kedar

MCC, Executive Coach and Facilitator

Leah is a Master Certified Coach and an ICF Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC). A recipient of the 2009 and 2010 ICF Prism Award for coaching excellence with the National Institute of Health and with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Leah coaches to the whole person with care and compassion. Her approach to coaching is ontological and integral, honoring the full humanity of each person. She supports clients to explore personal, professional, and organizational goals, as they develop and carry out strategies and plans to achieve those goals.

IN 2022, she delivered the TEDx talk, “The Listening Cup” for the Veteran Administration Health Services annual meeting based on her decades of learning what it is about listening that makes for meaningful, transformational change.

Robin has more than 25 years of international multicultural experience as a leadership and organizational development consultant with clients ranging from BG Group, Goodyear, Logitech and Microsoft to UNICEF, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).Robin works with all levels of the organization, she focuses on strategic and concrete issues facing clients.

 

Charles Feltman

PCC, Executive Coach, Facilitator, Leadership Development Consultant, Author

Charles is a coach and transformation partner to leaders and teams at all organizational levels. He spent the first 10 years of his professional life in marketing for tech sector companies, moving from individual contributor roles to leadership. Charles is also the author of "The Thin Book of Trust - An Essential Primer for Building Trust at Work".A small book about a very important subject.

 

Carol Roller

PCC, Ontological Coach

Coaching has been a calling for Carol since 2000, when she discovered that such a thing existed. She has continually been on the path to learn and serve clients to recognize where they are getting in their own way. Using honesty and humor, she helps them uncover ways to remove those obstacles.

Carol has been an ontological coach since 2001. She finds the ontological models of body, language and emotions to be rich, expansive and helpful in coaching people in all types of situations, regardless of their level of work and leadership.

Carol says, “People who genuinely engage in the work of coaching find their lives opened in ways that often never imagined.”

Pam Rechel

PCC, Ontological Leadership Coach and Consultant

Pam works with executives and their teams as a coach, consultant, and partner so they can make the shifts that will make the biggest difference. She has a Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations. She believes that ontological coaching can help people transform their world – and the world - and she brings that to her teaching. It seems that this is especially important in these uncertain times.

Kirsty has been an independent executive coach for the last twenty years working with clients at all levels including C suite professionals.

Kirsty is also an accredited NLP Coach and brings her skills and knowledge of NLP to her work when required.

Carol Harris-Fike, Personal Leadership Coach and mentor, has and since 2005, she has supported clients from around the world who desire to be leaders that make a true difference. Her 20-year experience as a high-level administrator in public education supports her understanding of leading teams of strong diverse individuals to accomplish goals. Her study of how we learn and her many years as a facilitator of learning experiences support her in each of her roles.

Carol is an author, co-creator of a leadership tool, and owner of an online mentoring program for coaches. 5 Life Energies: The Choice You Have in How Energy Shapes Your Life, was published in 2009, and is used by ontological coaches around the world. Carol lives in Western Colorado US with her husband & Standard Poodle, Cash.

Matthew Cintron-Quiñones

Matthew is an internationally seasoned life and executive coach with a specialization in supporting leaders who identify within the Latin@ community. His laser-focused approach and keen attention to language uncover the root causes of his clients' challenges, empowering them to progress with renewed perspectives. He generously volunteers with the International Coaching Federation and provides impactful mentor coaching to assist coaches in tailoring their approach within the ICF Core Competencies. Committed to continual growth, he actively participates in ongoing coach training, expanding his toolkit to better serve his clients. Known among peers as the go-to resource for anything ICF-related. When Matthew is not with his clients, he can be found lounging with his cats (Burt and Arlo), watching crime dramas on NBC Peacock, or hunting for the best-iced coffee to keep him awake in the middle of the day.

Joanna Davis

MCC, Executive Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Certification Assessor, Mentor

After leaving the corporate world in the 90s, Joanna said she would never go back. The Universe laughed and she found herself drawn back through the portal of coaching. She now supports corporations in simultaneously fostering healthier work environments and stronger financial outcomes. Joanna has served as both internal and external coach and brings that dual perspective to her coaching and training. She particularly enjoys working with top executives who don't know why they need a coach. Coaching is her passion and she’s been involved multinationally in training, mentoring, and developing coaches for over 15 years.

Outside of coaching, she tends to her food forest, tries to keep up with her Basenjis, and satisfies her fascination with the neuroscience of human behavior and communication.

Mish Middelmann

CEO turned coach and coaching supervisor, PCC, ACTC

Mish is passionate about sitting shoulder to shoulder with coaches and exploring their way to truly transformative coaching for their clients. His background includes 15 years as co-founder and CEO of a successful tech company that practices radical inclusiveness in a divided society. Since then he has been a leadership and systemic team coach for 17 years and a coaching supervisor for 6 years. He coaches, trains coaches and supervises coaches on 5 continents. He’s also a serial social entrepreneur and community builder. He and his wife recently moved from South Africa to live in Toronto, Canada.

Kohei Yoshino

Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Men’s Group Facilitator PCC

Kohei is a leadership coach and consultant with an extensive experience in organizational development, strategic consulting, and operations management. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology with focus on leadership vulnerability, conflict management, and psychological safety. He is also passionate about running men’s groups where he creates men to develop leadership skills while establishing emotional connection to other men.

Lauren Smith

Lauren, has worked as an accountant and finance consultant for the past 9 years. She is a proud mother of two beautiful children and lives in France where she and her husband are building a family home in their spare time – it may take a while!

Lauren first became involved in the ACP during the preparations for Season 9 and has since become programs coordinator. She is responsible for all the administration and student services.
