This group mentor coaching class is facilitated to allow participants to actually begin the practice of ontological coaching - on each other. Come prepared to coach and be coached, with both facilitator comments and peer feedback. Our focus will be on the ICF Core Competency 6 Listens Actively and 7 Evokes Awareness
