The Advanced Coaching Practicum began over 10 years ago when a group of deeply experienced ontological coaches wanted a place to hone their craft. To become better and learn from each other. Over the years, coaches as far away as Thailand, India, the UK and France, Mexico, Columbia and Argentina have participated to either gain their ICF certification or to belong to a “community of practice” where they felt safe to both teach and learn. We are not in the business of a coaching school; we are a community where a coaching school arose. We do not seek out large numbers of students; we seek out students who are ready to learn transformational coaching, known by many as “ontological coaching”.

ACC Certification
Are you an experienced coach or leader but without a professional coaching credential? Clients of coaching are savvier and recognize the value that going to a well-trained and certified coach can have on their success. Our program has been designed to meet Level 1 standards from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and will give you the required hours to allow you to apply for your ACC Certificate.
Becoming PCC Certification
Our Becoming PCC Program offers participants the ability to achieve their PCC credentials. The Advance Coaching Practicum, which has been designed to meet Level 2 standards from the International Coach Federation (ICF), incorporates an in-depth, ontological approach to each of the ICF Coaching Core Competencies plus selected additional cutting-edge topics of value to coaches.
All ACP sessions are led by senior coaches trained in Ontological and/or Integral coaching. This program will give you up to 113 coach training hours.
PCC Certification Accelerate
Our PCC Accelerate Program prepares participants to achieve their PCC credential without the need to gain the ACC first. The Advance Coaching Practicum, which has been designed to meet Level 2 standards from the International Coach Federation (ICF) incorporates an in-depth, ontological approach to each of the ICF Coaching Core Competencies plus selected additional cutting-edge topics of value to coaches. All ACP sessions are led by senior coaches trained in Ontological and/or Integral coaching.
This program will give you more than the required coach training hours needed to achieve your PCC credential with the ICF
Becoming MCC
With a small group of PCCs we will provide an in depth program to prepare you for your MCC application, to include Practice Coaching (with debrief), Public Coaching, Mentor Coaching and Group Intervision Sessions. Participants should be actively coaching and prepared to discuss (anonymously) real life coaching cases. Our program has been designed to meet Level 3 standards from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The Advanced Coaching Practicum is one of only a handful of coach training companies accredited at all three levels by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Integral’s ICF accreditation gives the program unquestioned trustworthiness. The ACP currently provides:
LEVEL ONE Accreditated Programs – to gain the Associate Certified Coach Certification
LEVEL TWO Accreditation Programs – to gain the Professional Certified Coach Certification
LEVEL THREE Accredited Programs – to gain the Master Certified Coach Certification

Ontological Coach Training Led by Masterful Coaches and Expert Authors
The Advanced Coaching Practicum (ACP) is a community of practice for coaches wanting to significantly advance their coaching skills and ability to create breakthroughs for their clients. Some classes are taught using a “Dojo” approach where experienced coaches learn and practice with less experienced coaches or even MCCs that drop by. “We are all equal on the mat”.
Some Programs are exclusive such as the Master Coaches Community which is for MCC or equivalent, or the Becoming MCC, which is for PCC coaches aspiring to obtain the highest credential.
All ACP sessions are led by master coaches trained in ontological or transformational coaching. Many of our teachers are also authors of books on coaching, leadership or related topics. See our Teachers.
Features of the Advanced Coaching Practicum
• Customizable – You can enroll for all ACP sessions or as few as four sessions of your choice. You can mix and match elements of different tracks together to create your ideal curriculum. Choose how you complete “homework” using a modality that works for you and creates usable materials for your coaching practice.
• Flexible – Start at any time throughout the year. No end date on when you complete. You decide. Busy quarter? Pick up where you left off.
• Credits – Earn two ICF CCEU hours for each session you attend (3 hours if you are on the ICF accreditation path and complete the post-class practices)
• Mastery – In-depth exploration and practice of the ICF core competencies with an ontological perspective facilitated by master coaches
• Variety – There is a range of dynamic topics to appeal to all experience levels of coaches.
• Live or Recorded – You choose whether to show up live for a class or listen to a recording, based on your schedule.
• Personalized – The Director of Coach Training will help you customize your experience.
• Camaraderie – Be part of a close-knit, global coaching community of masterful coaches learning and practicing together. Students are part of “coaching pods” that count towards ICF coaching pods.
• Small groups – Most classes are 8-15 people. You are never just listening to some “Sage on the stage” – this is a place where you get to practice and immediately apply what you are learning!
• Guaranteed – You are guaranteed to pass your ICF accreditation by the time you complete all of our requirements, or you can continue to learn with us until you do so! (Conditions apply).
